Cameron commenced his corporate career as a call centre advisor for a large Australian Bank. Working his way through Operations, Cameron has held positions as Team Leader, Workforce Planning Manager, Implementation Manager and Call Centre Manager before eventually working as an Improvement Consultant. He also has experience in designing front and back office outsourcing solutions for a major outsourcing supplier.
Having contracted through numerous consulting firms in the UK, Cameron founded Lean Consulting with the aim of providing high quality consultancy services at a cost effective price.
Cameron has experience in delivering real, tangible benefits in Banking, Life & Pensions, Insurance, Energy and IT sectors.
Emma Woods
Emma joined Lean Consulting in 2009 and is responsible for the development and marketing of all our product and service offerings. With 9 years experience in Business to Business marketing, Emma has worked for Royal & Sun Alliance, Combined Insurance and is currently on contract providing marketing solutions to a large Government agency.
Emma has experience in creating integrated marketing campaigns and design and print and product development. Over the years, Emma has gained experience in events management, campaign development, corporate hospitality, training experience, relationship management, budget management & project management.
Emma has a wealth of experience in Customer insight and research, competitor analysis and market analysis which she uses to help shape and develop new propositions for clients.
