Lean Consulting is a Management Consultancy firm that specialises in maximising the business potential of any Operational environment. Founded in 2007, Lean Consulting was born out of a desire to provide high quality consultancy services without the gold-plated costs of the larger consulting firms.

 

In order to maintain our low consultancy fees, we utilise an associate model of flexible contract consultants. By keeping our fixed overhead minimal, we are able to offer our services at rates that are far more palatable to your CFO.

 

All of our consultants are experienced professionals. Our consultants have all come from Operational backgrounds who have both line management experience and extensive experience in delivering improvement-based transformation programmes.

 

We’ve been in your shoes. We can relate to your problems because they once were our problems.

 

We do not commence an engagement with a client unless we can guarantee a return on your investment of at least 4:1. So for every pound you spend with Lean Consulting, we'll save you 4 pounds in return.
